Q: Will I be Red Cross certified after this training?
A: Yes, your certification will be shared with you via the Red Cross app! You'll be prompted to create a Red Cross login after signing up, that’s where you’ll also find your certification afterward. It automatically downloads to the Red Cross app.
Q: What is your refund and cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel for a refund up to 48 hours in advance of your class, after that time period, no refund will be available.
Q: How does the class work?
A: After purchasing your class, we'll share the online portion with you first, which you can take from anywhere! Once completed, you'll be cleared to attend the in-person training session at our location, 8401 Ohio Street Merrillville, IN 46410. Your online portion must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of your in-person training session.
Q: Do you offer group rates?
A: Yes! We offer a 10% discount on four or more people attending together and a 15% discount to anyone who wishes to max out the class - that's an attendance of 12 total people.
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: No
Q: What do I wear?
A: comfortable clothing, but plenty of people show up in work clothes. You just need to be able to comfortably practice the CPR drills in the class which involve sitting on the floor.
